What are the differences between the conference packages?
Some courses are more expensive and require an additional fee. These courses are listed as either gold or silver courses. To attend one of these courses you can either buy a gold or silver pass which will grant you access to any session of that level, or you can purchase a standard pass and then add a gold or silver course to your registration ala carte. Click here to see exactly which courses are included in each package.
How do I select gold or silver classes with a standard package?
After entering in your registration information and selecting any standard package courses, click next. This page will list all gold and silver courses available for a la carte registration. Select those you wish to add to your itinerary and click next. Your registration total and final itinerary will be available for your review on this page.
What meals are included in my registration package?
All conference registrants (Gold, Silver, or Standard passes) will receive daily breakfast and lunch. Dinner is not included. Click here to see local restaurant options.
What other special functions are included in my registration fee?
All attendees are welcome to attend our Welcome Reception on 5/25, Keynote Reception with Skunk Baxter on 5/26, and PSA-TEC Jam Session on 5/26.

Where is Rosemont?
The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL is located just 5 minutes from Chicago’s O’Hare International airport making it easily accessible to attendees across the country.
What else is there to do in Rosemont?
Rosemont offers a ton of great restaurants, bars, and entertainment within minutes of the convention center and Doubletree Hotel; not to mention all Chicago has to offer in just a cab ride away!
Are there any discounts for PSA Members?
Yes! PSA members have a reduced rate on all conference packages. To receive the PSA discount you must enter the PSA priority code when registering online. If you do not have a priority code from one of our emails please contact Lisa Cole from PSA at (303) 450-3467. When ready, you can register online or call Mary Beth Shaughnessy at (203) 840-5558 to register via phone.
Can PSA Members use PSA Training Bucks to purchase conference passes at PSA-TEC?
Yes! Just submit your training bucks form to PSA and receive a reimbursement for your TEC registration and expenses. The Training Bucks reimbursement form is available under the member area of the PSA website: www.psasecurity.com.
