How to Sell Managed Services Workshop
Although the offerings of the PSA Managed Security Services Program (MSSP) provide countless benefits to end-user customers, our system integration partners, and our technology providers, selling these services has been a challenge. Much of the challenge has resulted from a lack of understanding of the differences between selling projects and selling managed services. In our session, we will answer the "how" to sell managed services. This session will be delivered in a combined lecture and workshop format. Attendees will leave feeling like they know where to start and how to have successful sales conversations with potential customers of MSSP offerings.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Discover a clear understanding of the difference between selling managed services to current clients and new prospects
- Create a strategic plan to getting in the door of new prospective clients using the MSSP offerings
