Postponement

I’d like to start by thanking you all for your patience over the last week as the PSA team diligently works to find new dates for TEC 2020. While we do not yet have all details finalized, we are making progress and will have that update to you soon. It was our sincerest hope that we could make an announcement of postponement with all details necessary, but it hasn’t worked out and we want to share what we do know.

We will not be holding TEC 2020 April 20 – 23rd due to COVID-19 concerns. We are currently working on dates later in the year and will share them as soon as they are finalized. We ask you not to cancel your registration or sponsorship at this point. Our hope is that you can join us for our rescheduled event. You will need to cancel any hotel reservations you booked for your staff directly with the Sheraton Downtown Denver as well as your flights for the original April dates. That information, as well as more, is included below in the frequently asked questions we’ve compiled. If you have other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

What are the new dates for TEC?

Do I need to register for TEC again?

No, your current registration will roll over. All classes that you registered for will remain tied to your registration. Your confirmation number will remain the same.


The new dates do not work for me, can I cancel?

PSA will modify the cancellation policy based on the new set of TEC 2020 dates. We will make sure to give ample time to cancel your registration for a full refund if the new dates do not work for you.


Do I need to re-submit my training bucks form?

No.


Have any sessions been cancelled?

In the upcoming weeks, there will be some sessions that cancel due to speaker or space availability. If you are enrolled in a session that cancels, you will receive a notice of the cancellation so you can modify your schedule. If you are enrolled in a cancelled session that has an additional fee, you will receive a full refund for that session.


What do I do with my current hotel reservation?

If you have already reserved your hotel room at the Sheraton, you will need to modify your dates directly with the hotel at (303) 893-3333. Attendees can cancel their individual reservation up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty.

If you did not reserve your room at the Sheraton, you will need to reach out to your hotel directly to modify your dates. Hotel cancellation policies will apply.


I have already purchased my airfare, what do I do?

Please contact your airline directly to make any changes to your flight(s). PSA has gathered information from several airlines that may be of assistance when making your changes.

What date is the Exhibit Hall Open at TEC?

Once the dates are finalized, PSA will announce the schedule of events.


Do I need to reserve my booth again?
No, your current booth or sponsorship package will roll over to the new event. You will not need to reserve your participation again.


Will my booth number change?
PSA will work to create a floor plan based on the new space available. This may mean there would be a change to your booth number; however, we will make every effort to keep the numbers the same.


I have already sent my shipment, what do I do?

If you have already sent your shipment to the advance warehouse, please contact the Exhibitor Services Team at Freeman for assistance.

Do I need to register my booth staff again?
Any person previously registered will not need to register again. If you need to make modifications to your current staff, please contact PSA.


If the new dates do not work for my company, can we get a refund?
Our policy states that we do not offer refunds for exhibitors and sponsors. Please contact Tim Brooks with additional questions.
