After graduating from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration, Colin Gold spent time growing as a leader in the hospitality industry. Gold has held almost every position in a hotel from line-level to general┬ámanager and worked in hotels and resorts from 100 rooms to 1500 rooms. Gold’s teams have ranged from 100 to over 800 people. Success in hospitality is wholly contingent on the people who execute the daily activities and their commitment to ensuring every guest has a personal experience. With over thirty years’ experience in the hotel industry, Gold learned by consistently creating a strong property culture; he was able to distinguish the overall customer experience he provided and create thriving work environments. Gold now shares his passion and expertise with other industries. For the past five years, Gold has been working with businesses not usually known for their customer service. These projects have included working with luxury automotive manufactures: Maserati of North America, Audi of America and The Lincoln Motor Company as well as other industries including property management, retail and┬áhospitality.
