Executive Vice President
With more than 25 years in the life safety industry, Paul DiPeso has successfully lead some of the largest, growth-oriented sales organizations in the business. He held various roles from regional sales manager to business development manager at Honeywell, often being the top salesperson in his specific division, before being promoted to sales director and eventually, VP of Sales for the systems group in North America. In 2010, he was named VP of sales, Lenel North America, shortly after the acquisition of GE Security and was responsible for both commercial businesses before integrating the two sales channels and unifying the new organization. DiPeso has always had a passion for the security industry, especially in seeing how technological advancements could enhance the user experience. After developing a strong relationship with Sam Shalaby at FSC while leading Lenel, he saw how Shalaby approached the market differently than other resellers, and in January 2014, DiPeso helped launch Feenics to the industry and its flagship solution, Keep, to the market as the general manager and vice president before being named executive vice president in 2016.
