Can I attend sessions?

Yes! Sponsors and exhibitors are welcome to join sessions. If you have registered for the live TEC at the Sheraton, you will be able to sign up for any live courses during your registration. If you have registered for the virtual TEC, you will be able to sign up for any virtual courses during registration.

What can I do outside of the tradeshow hours?

All sponsors are welcome to attend the educational session, or you can also set up private meetings. All live TEC sponsors and exhibitors also have access to all meal functions.

What is the cancellation policy?

If an Exhibitor cancels, withdraws, or downsizes space requirements, they must pay on demand to PSA the amounts set forth on page one of the Terms and Conditions, as applicable, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty and the parties agree that such amounts constitute a reasonable provision for liquidated damages. View full terms & conditions.

How does the tradeshow work?

To facilitate proper social distancing, attendees will be divided into two groups during the dedicated tradeshow hours. While one group of registrants is visiting exhibitors on the traditional tradeshow floor, the other group of registrants will be visiting sponsors. Attendees will be provided a schedule of their sponsor visits as well as times to visit the sponsors of their choice. Sponsors will be provided a list of their pre-scheduled visits prior to TEC. Each visit is approximately 20 minutes and you will have about five to eight attendees in your groups.

What are the tradeshow hours each day?

Tuesday, May 4th from 2:15 – 6:00 PM MT
Wednesday, May 5th from 12:00 – 2:00 PM MT

What are the set-up hours?

Sponsors:
Monday, May 5th from 1 – 5 PM MT

Exhibitors:
Tuesday, May 4th from 8 AM – 2 PM MT

Where do I ship my materials?

We recommend sending your booth materials to the advance warehouse through Freeman. Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Monday, April 5 at the advance warehouse. Material arriving after April 28 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.

Freeman will accept shipment at the hotel on Tuesday, May 4th ONLY. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

All materials received by Freeman are subject to Material Handling Charges and are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.

Will I get a list of attendees?

Yes. Sponsors and exhibitors will receive a list of attendees who opted in for their information to be shared.

What is the attire for TEC?

Dress for all events/courses during TEC is business casual.

What meals and networking events can exhibitors/sponsors attend?

All in-person TEC registrants receive breakfast, lunch, and access to all TEC-hosted networking events.

How do I add staff to my booth?

Can I add as many staff as I want?

Complimentary booth staff is limited to the number provided in your booth or sponsorship package. In order to add staff to your virtual booth, they must first be registered to attend the event.

What are the tradeshow hours each day?

While the link for people to join your virtual booth will remain on your virtual booth for the duration of the event, there are dedicated tradeshow hours each day. We have included the tradeshow hours in your company description on your virtual booth page and suggest you do not remove them so people know when you will be available in your booth.

Dedicated tradeshow hours(MDT) are as follows:
Tuesday, May 4th from 2:15 – 3:30 PM MT
Wednesday, May 5th from 1:00 – 2:00 PM MT
Thursday, May 6th from 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM MT
