Are your sales and operations teams truly aligned or do they work in silos separate from each other?  While many integration organizations don’t focus on sales and operations alignment, they should.  When sales and operations can work as a team, it allows the team to constantly focus on your buyer needs and experiences.  Leaders have the ability to help sales and operations see their importance in the business and illustrate that everyone is on the same team and fighting for the same goals. In this PSA Leadership Committee session, a panel of industry peers will discuss ways to face and solve issues from a leadership perspective and how leaders can help support this alignment of teams.
