PSA Operations Committee: Maintaining Workplace Balance

Maintaining a workplace balance has become more difficult since the pandemic. One of the most important ways to improve balance is to build a culture where employees feel supported and respected. Allowing employees to have flexibility is a key way to encourage a healthy workplace and work-life balance. Creating adaptable work environments helps to build resilient teams. Additionally, recognizing hard work and contributions of team members decreases feelings of stress and increases connection and belonging. In this PSA Operations Committee session, a panel of industry peers will share best practices in supporting employees and achieving a workplace balance.

3. Investigate different KPIs for remote and in office employees
