When does TEC registration open?

Who from my company should attend TEC?
TEC remains an important educational and networking offering for all professional systems integrators and has educational offerings for all employees of your organization. In this changing market, systems integrators need to do more to keep up. Executive leadership from PSA companies should plan to attend TEC in person. All others can attend virtual TEC 2022 for certifications and courses. This year's live event will emphasize the power of our network with an added focus on networking including TECtalks, exclusive partner receptions and additional collaborative sessions you won't want to miss.
Are the sessions being presented at TEC different from the sessions being presented at the Virtual TEC?
The education program delivers live sessions that focus on leadership and next-generation talent and virtual sessions that focus on critical industry issues and personal professional development across a variety of job functions including sales, marketing, IT networking, operations, procurement and technology partner relations, technicians and project managers. The live and virtual schedules are different and do not intertwine. Attendees must register for the live and virtual event to view all sessions.
Can I use PSA Training Bucks to pay for TEC?
PSA members can automatically deduct TEC registration fees and any course fees for employees of the member’s company with PSA training bucks. Other fees are subject to reimbursement. Download the training bucks reimbursement form to learn more.

What is the cancellation policy?
Complete payment for registration fees is due at the time of registration for all attendees. Cancellations made before May 2, 2022, will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between May 3, 2022, and May 9, 2022, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation after May 9, 2022.
How do I register for a certification?
All certifications being presented at TEC will be offered virtually only. You will register for your certification on www.psatec.com. During the registration process, you will select TEC Virtual Event Registration. Then you will be able to select your certification from the course list.
How do I select the courses I plan to attend?
During the registration process, you will be asked to select the courses you plan to attend regardless of whether you are attending TEC live at the Sheraton or TEC virtually. When registering for the virtual TEC event participants will only have access to the virtual courses. You must purchase both live and virtual tickets to receive access to all courses.

What’s included with my TEC registration?
All in-person TEC registrants receive breakfast, lunch, access to all TEC-hosted networking events and access to in-person education TEC sessions. All virtual TEC registrants receive access to all sessions on the virtual platform. Select courses and certification programs may have additional fees. Please see the specific session description for information regarding additional fees.
Do I have access to watch the virtual sessions?
All live TEC registrants can add a virtual pass for $249 to receive access to the virtual platform for 90 days following the event.

What measures are PSA taking to ensure the safety of TEC attendees?
PSA considers the safety of all of those onsite at TEC as our top priority. We continue to monitor the standards and regulations set for by the CDC and the City of Denver regulations. We ask our attendees to abide by and engage in certain health and safety-beneficial conduct while attending TEC in Denver. This includes but is not limited to engaging in appropriate physical distancing and not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19. Failure to comply may lead to expulsion from the event. What is the attire for TEC?
Dress for all events/courses during TEC is business casual.
How do I get my badge?
Please visit the on-site TEC registration desk located on the Concourse Level to pick up your badge.
When is the TEC registration desk open?
Monday 5/16 from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM MT
Tuesday 5/17 from 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM MT
Wednesday 5/18 from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT
Thursday 5/19 from 7:00 AM – 11:30 PM MT
How do I access the virtual event?
Once available, PSA will send out information to all registered attendees on how to access the virtual platform.
Where do I find my schedule?
From the home page of the virtual platform, you will select My Sessions from the menu. Here, you’ll see your personalized schedule based on the session you are registered for. You can remove sessions from your schedule on this page if you no longer wish to attend. You can join the session from this page by clicking on the session name or the ‘Join Session’ button.
How do I watch a live session?
When it's time for you to join a session, click the name of the session or the ‘Join Session’ button to get to the session page. On the session page, you can view a description of the session, speaker details and any session documents that were shared. When you are ready to join, select the ‘Join Session’ button, which will open the video player for you.
Will the virtual education be presented live?
Yes! All virtual sessions will be presented live. Any pre-recorded sessions will be available on-demand.
Will any sessions be live from the TEC at the Sheraton?
No. Virtual sessions are taking place the week following live TEC, May 23 - 26, 2022.
What if I am unable to watch the session when it happens?
After a virtual session is over, it will be available on the virtual platform approximately 24 hours after the session ends and remain on the platform for up to 90 days.
What happens if I join a session late?
If you join a live session late, you will join mid-session.
Can I ask questions during the sessions?
Yes! Select the ‘Ask a Question’ button to open a text box. You can ask the question anonymously or include your name.
Where do I find session handouts?
You can find any session handouts that were provided by clicking on the individual session. On the session page, you will find any documents that were shared.
How do I schedule a virtual meeting?
If you wish to schedule a meeting you can click on the ‘Schedule Appointment’ button to schedule any meetings.
If I’m an owner, can I attend the owners’ meetings remotely?
No, all owners who wish to receive access to the Stockholders’ meeting must purchase a live TEC pass.
How do I network with other attendees and vendors?
All participants have access to request a meeting with other TEC participants. There are also dedicated tradeshow hours and welcome you to participate in the Q&A for each session.
Is there a help desk or contact for help during the event?
There will be a featured session during the event named 'Help Desk' that virtual attendees will be able to join for assistance.
